Led by CEO Park Warne, the company’s approach is driven by Park’s extensive background in art direction, as well as stage, TV studio and newsroom design.

After this Pennsylvania native earned a Master of Fine Arts in Stage Design from Florida State, Park was a freelance designer producing projects for video and feature films (Silence of the Lambs, Innocent Blood, Lorenzo’s Oil). Since morphing Park Place Studio into a set design company in the early 1980s, Park’s company has successfully produced more than 300 television projects worldwide.

Park Place Studio keenly understands the ongoing evolution of the broadcast industry. Our designers have led the charge in developing fresh design models for content creation and delivery over multiple media platforms to exploit the newest trends and the latest technology.

You used to be in the television business. Today, you’re in the content fusion business, where mobile, tablet and web have become your channels as well as broadcast and cable. Our clients come to us when they want the designs of their studios and especially their newsrooms to reflect this evolving cross platform model.

Looking to the future, Park Place Studio will continue to be recognized as one of the world’s premier designers of news and entertainment environments.

We will continue to win awards and, along the way, win over more and more clients who appreciate their stunning and functional new venues.

“We were searching high and low for someone who understood what we were looking for. The usual suspects gave us the usual answers. We were about to give up, when we came upon Park Place Studio, who understood our concept immediately and made it sing. Their design solutions were smart and informed, and they listened to every note we had… giving us solid, sound advice along the way. There’s not another design like it in our market, possibly even in the country. That differentiation has helped make our morning show a ratings and revenue success.”
